Cookie notice

General information about cookies
When you visit the Brasspa.com site or use one of our services, our system or the system of one of our partners could place or read cookies and/or other types of identifying markers about the browser and/or device you are using. A cookie is a small text file that is stored on the PC of whoever displays a Website so some information about the visit can be recorded, and to create a system for recognising the user when he/she comes back to the site. On the other hand, identifying markers of devices are generated by collecting and processing some information such as IP address and/or the agent user (browser version, type and version of operating system) or other characteristics of the device, also for connecting certain information to a specific user. A Website can place a cookie on the browser only if the preferences configured by the user allows it. It is important to know that a browser can enable a Website to access only the cookies it placed and not those placed by other sites: you are not risking your privacy in this way.

Practices related to cookies and other similar technologies
Brasspa.com and its partners could use cookies or other types of identifying markers for a number of reasons, including:
  • To provide access to private areas of the site and access after signing in (the cookies used for this are called persistent cookies and are utilised to keep the browsing session going and/or for making access by the same device easier at following visits).
  • To keep track of the user's preferences while he is using the site and/or services incorporated in it or connected to it.
  • To offer advertisements and contents related to the interests of visitors (only third-party cookies).
  • To process statistical data (analytics) on use of the site and services incorporated in it.
  • To conduct researches to improve the contents, products and services of Brasspa.com and its partners.

Brasspa.com does not utilise any profiling cookies directly:
the only cookies generated and managed directly by Brasspa.com are persistent cookies (which are only used for offering our services to the public properly) and to a limited extent, analytical cookies (used for counting the number of visitors who read various pages of the site and for gathering statistics). We inform users that through our pages profiling cookies could be generated by third parties (See Cookies of other companies).

Cookies of other companies
Brasspa.com can integrate the services of third parties on its pages, who could place and use their cookies and/or similar technologies. Use of such cookies and similar technologies by these companies is regulated by their privacy notice and not by this notice, as Brasspa.com is completely extraneous to management of such instruments and to the data processing derived from them. Below is an incomplete list of some of our partners which could utilise cookies while you are browsing the network of Brasspa.com:

Disabling cookies
You can configure your browser to accept or refuse all cookies or certain types of cookies (for example third-party cookies), or you can choose to be warned every time a cookie is placed on your computer.
